Her whisper wakes me up from sleep.
I open my eyes slowly— to her slender body, a soft silhouette the lending most graceful curves to the silk of her night gown. She seems like a dream, I think to myself. She looks at me with the sweetest smile as if knowing my thoughts.
A dream, maybe.
The sunrise peeps into the window as she gets up to start the day, reminding me that I’ve awaken to a very beautiful one.
