I enter the room and a smile was ready and waiting to disarm me. It was everything good in this life welcoming me.
I sat dumbfounded trying to find my bearings seeing her all dolled-up. I can only imagine how much work one would assume it takes to make anyone look this good. Truthfully, with her it takes no time at all. Effortlessness is sexy.
Playfully, she gives me a look. It wouldn’t really surprise me if she could read my mind—right now I’m an open book with my mouth agape and my eyes wide with amazement looking at what I can only describe as a real wonder of a woman. A woman I’d never thought I’d cross paths with in this life.
Well, life is good.
